North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui set off to Moscow on a new visit.
This visit of the DPRK representative to Russia occurred after information about sending North Korean soldiers to the aggressor in Ukraine was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.
The head of DPRK's Foreign Ministry is making an official visit to the Russian capital. This is already her second trip to the RF in six months.
According to North Korean state media KCNA, a delegation led by Choe arrived in the RF on Monday, but North Korean media do not specify details of the visit.
"The visit of the DPRK's Foreign Minister to Russia is taking place within the framework of strategic dialogue following the agreement to strengthen ties reached by the leaders of our countries during the summit in June 2024," stated the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
