Power Outage Schedules in Odesa - What to Expect Tomorrow.
The situation in the country's energy system remains complicated due to attacks by the Russian Federation on energy facilities. However, tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, no restrictions on electricity supply are planned in Odesa.
This conclusion can be drawn from the fact that neither DTEK nor Ukrenergo have warned about any limitations.
Electricity Consumption Has Decreased
Electricity consumption shows a trend towards decrease. Today, July 21, as of 9:30, it was 5.4% lower than at the same time on the previous working day - on Friday. The reason is the moderate air temperature in most regions (except for the southern ones). Additionally, clear weather in a significant territory of Ukraine leads to high efficiency of household solar power plants and a corresponding reduction in energy consumption from the overall grid.
Where to Check the Schedules
If outages are indeed implemented, energy workers will notify in advance. You can check to which group your house belongs on the local distribution system operator's website. DTEK urges residents of the Odesa region to understand the limitations and reduce electricity consumption during the availability of power to avoid overloading the system.
How to Know When Power Will Be Restored
You can find out the time of power restoration by:
- the DTEK Odesa Electric Networks website (section 'No electricity?');
- a Telegram chat-bot;
- private messages on Facebook;
- submitting an application on the DTEK website.
Recall that recently we wrote about the cost of electricity in July. Also about the rate for UBT for Odesa residents.
As of July 21, electricity consumption in Ukraine has decreased due to moderate air temperature and high efficiency of solar power plants, and there are currently no restrictions on the supply of electricity in Odesa according to information from DTEK and Ukrenergo.
