The task is to know the traffic signs. Which of the drivers in the depicted situation violates the rules?

Task analysis

On this section of the road, the tractor driver and the truck driver are going straight, while the driver of the blue car is still thinking: whether to turn left or to turn around.

On the road, there is a sign 5.1 'Motorway', which is used to indicate roads with the corresponding traffic rules according to section 27 of the traffic rules 'Driving on motorways and roads for cars'.

Indeed, item 27.2 of the traffic rules prohibits the movement of tractors on motorways and turning and entering technological breaks in the dividing strip. But none of this is happening here.
