Approximately 800 young people will begin a two-month service term. Notably, around half of this initial cohort volunteered, indicating a level of youth interest in military training. Despite the reinstatement of the draft, only about 10 individuals have opted for alternative civilian service, suggesting a preference for traditional military training among many.
