Which Regional Prosecutors Receive Huge Disability Payments: List.

Some heads of regional prosecutors' offices and senior officials of the Pension Fund of Ukraine have disabilities and receive significant amounts of pension payments. This was found out by the journalists of the project "There is a question".

Who among regional prosecutors receives pension payments:

• Kateryna Shevtsova - 42-year-old head of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office. According to the declaration for 2023, she received 785 thousand UAH in payments from the Pension Fund. That is, about 60 thousand per month.
• Andriy Rudnytskyi - 51-year-old head of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office. The declaration indicates that last year he received 1.8 million UAH salary. Rudnytskyi also received 424 thousand UAH in pension payments for the year. He has been receiving them since at least 2017.
• Oleksandr Filchakov - 45-year-old head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office. Last year, he received 1.8 million UAH salary and 800 thousand UAH in pension payments.
• Denys Falchenko - 42-year-old first deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, currently acting head. Last year, he received 1.5 million UAH salary and 393 thousand UAH in pension payments.

Journalists also found that not only in regional prosecutor's offices does the management receive such payments, but also senior officials of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region.

Who among the officials of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region receives pension payments:

• Oleksandr Supriaha - 41-year-old head of the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region. Last year, he received 85 thousand UAH in payments.
• Svitlana Zinnik - 58-year-old first deputy head of the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region. The official received 250 thousand UAH in pension payments for 2023.
• Vitalii Taran - 40-year-old deputy head of the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region. He received 70 thousand UAH in pension payments last year.
• Tetiana Khilik - 52-year-old deputy head of the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region. She received 73 thousand UAH in payments.
• Mykola Semiz - 57-year-old deputy head of the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region. He received 62 thousand UAH in pension payments.

Let us recall, journalist Yurii Butusov reported that more than 50 prosecutors from Khmelnytsky region, led by regional prosecutor Oleksii Oliinyk, registered disabilities, likely through a corruption scheme by Tatyana Krupa in the Medical and Social Expert Commission. However, Oliinyk denied the allegations. He stated that he has health problems because he was injured at the workplace while studying criminal case materials in 2005.

Also, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine signed an order to conduct a service investigation in connection with the spread of information about the obtaining of disability groups by 50 prosecutors of the Khmelnytsky Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Subsequently, it became known that by order of the General Prosecutor, Oleksii Oliinyk was relieved of his administrative position as head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Prosecutor's Office at his own request. The General Prosecutor's Office noted that the service investigation regarding the acquisition of disability groups by prosecutors of the Khmelnytsky Regional Prosecutor's Office is ongoing.
