The Price of a Cup of Espresso in Ukraine in 2024

In 2024, the average price of a cup of espresso in Ukraine was 31 hryvnias, which is 11% more expensive than the previous year when the price was 28 hryvnias. Overall, from 2021 to 2024, the price of espresso increased by 1.7 times - from 19 hryvnias to 33 hryvnias.

As of the end of December, the highest coffee prices are observed in Odesa region - 40 hryvnias per cup, as in 2023. This means that prices in the region have increased by 20% over the year. The second place in espresso cost is held by Lviv region - 39 hryvnias per cup. The third position is occupied by Volyn region with a price of 37 hryvnias, according to OpenDataBot data.

The cheapest coffee can be purchased in Khmelnytskyi and Sumy regions - at 28 hryvnias per cup, and these prices have been in effect for several years.

Espresso is the foundation of every coffee drink, so its price affects the final price of coffee in cafes.
