On the evening of November 25, the Israel Air Force attacked routes used for arms smuggling by the terrorist organization 'Hezbollah'. This was reported by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The attacks are a continuation of operations against smuggling routes of the Syrian regime in the Syrian-Lebanese border region.

This is another step in the ongoing efforts of the Israeli army to weaken the capabilities of the 4400 unit of 'Hezbollah', which is responsible for the smuggling of weapons used in terrorist attacks against the Israeli civilian population and IDF forces,' the statement said.

Israeli military officials stated that 'Hezbollah' continues to use civilian infrastructure for its terrorist activities, supporting the Syrian regime.

U.S. President Joe Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron are expected to announce a ceasefire between Israel and 'Hezbollah' within 36 hours. The Israeli cabinet plans to approve the text of the agreement on Tuesday, November 26.

Israeli officials claim that the agreement is close, but some issues remain unresolved. High-ranking Lebanese officials have expressed cautious optimism, even amidst airstrikes from Israel and missile attacks by 'Hezbollah'.

The ceasefire agreement between Israel and 'Hezbollah' has been signed, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is working to present it to the public.

U.S. President's advisor Amos Hochstein reported that this is Israel's last chance to move forward with the agreement. If the agreement is not adopted, it will abandon its efforts. Then Israel and 'Hezbollah' will have to wait for the inauguration of elected President Donald Trump in January.

Earlier, 'Hezbollah' launched 250 rockets at Israel. The rockets fell on the eastern side of Tel Aviv, injuring several people slightly.

As a result of Israeli airstrikes on 'Hezbollah' in southern Lebanon, about 300 people were killed and over 1000 were injured.
