The Cabinet has expanded the 'Winter eSupport' program: who will receive additional assistance.
The government allocated 5 billion UAH for the 'Winter eSupport' program
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allocated an additional 5 billion hryvnias from the reserve fund of the state budget for the 'Winter eSupport' program. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, this decision guarantees satisfaction of all applications submitted by Ukrainians for assistance. Citizens will be able to use these funds to pay for utility services, medical care, education, and other needs.

Especially important is the new payment system for certain categories of the population. Now pensioners over the age of 60, people with disabilities of groups I and II who receive a disability pension or social assistance through banking institutions, as well as incapacitated persons, will receive the designated one thousand hryvnias through the offices of Ukrposhta.
'Together we will successfully get through the third winter of the full-scale war, we will withstand and win,' - said Denys Shmyhal.
A announcement was also made about improving information exchange between the institutions participating in the program. This will help improve the process of data aggregation and inform citizens about the implementation of the program.
