This initiative will provide financial aid of 36,000 Ukrainian hryvnias to fund educational opportunities for vulnerable residents of the city of Kyiv. The program specifically targets several groups, including:

- Low-income families
- Single parents
- Large families
- Citizens aged 50 and over
- People with disabilities
- Veterans and their family members
