In the last day, the enemy launched five missile strikes and eight air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, using 376 kamikaze drones for this. A total of more than 2500 shellings of our troops' positions and settlements were reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

News of the war in Ukraine

In total, 188 combat clashes took place over the past day. Ukrainian defenders continue to decisively repel attempts by the enemy to advance deep into our territory and to inflict fire damage on them.

Latest news from the front

The situation is most tense in the Pokrovsk direction, and the enemy is also active in the Lyman, Kramatorsk, and Kurakhiv directions.

In the Kharkiv direction

The enemy unsuccessfully attacked once near Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction

The enemy attempted to advance to our positions near Lozova, Nova Kruhlyakivka, and Zahryzove seven times throughout the day. All attacks were stopped by defense forces.

In the Lyman direction

The enemy attacked 18 times in the areas of Nadiya, Pershotravneve, Zeleny Hay, Novoihorivka, Yampilivka, Terniv, Dibrova, and in the directions of Druzhliubivka, Cherneshchyna, Novoserhiivka. Our soldiers repelled the enemy attacks.

In the Siversky direction

Occupiers attempted to advance eight times in the area of Bilohorivka and Hryhorivka, but were stopped. One clash is ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction

Since the start of the day, enemy activity accounted for 31 combat clashes. Assault actions occurred near settlements of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Bila Hora, and Predteche. Four battles are still ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction

Our troops repelled 12 enemy attacks near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. One battle is ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction

Since the start of the day, the enemy attempted to break into our defense in the Pokrovsk direction 56 times, specifically in the areas of Zeleny Poly, Baranivka, Novotoretske, Prominnia, Lysivka, Myrnohrad, Kotlyna, Solone, Shevchenka, Novooleksandrivka, Dachenske, Zelenyi, Novyi Trud, Vovkove, Pishchane, and Novovasyliivka. Six clashes are still ongoing.

According to preliminary information, the enemy suffered significant losses. Today, our soldiers neutralized 208 occupiers, of which 94 were irreversible. Four vehicles, two control antennas of UAVs, one armored combat vehicle, and one mortar were also destroyed.

In the Kurakhiv direction

The enemy attacked our positions 20 times. The most activity was observed in the areas of Petropavlivka, Dachne, Ukrainka, Shevchenka, and Kurakhove, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 attacks. Two battles are still ongoing.

In the Vremivka direction

Our troops were able to repel 11 attacks by the enemy near Kostiantynivka, Dachne, Rozliv, Velyka Novosilka, and Neskuchne. The enemy dropped a guided aviation bomb on Zeleny Poly.

In the Orikhiv direction

The enemy attempted to advance towards Novoandriivka three times, but their attacks were suppressed.

In the Dnipro direction

The enemy continues attempts to drive our units out of their positions. Over the past day, three unsuccessful assaults were carried out against Ukrainian soldiers' positions.

In the Kursk direction

In the Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 offensive actions of the invaders. Russian aviation dropped three aviation bombs on the territory of the Russian Federation, and also conducted 298 shellings.

For effective combat work yesterday, the warriors of the 422nd Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems, the 126th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade, the 68th Separate Rifle Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush, the 25th Separate Sicheslav Air Assault Brigade, the 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Daniel, the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa were commended. They effectively destroy the enemy and inflict irreparable losses on them.
