In Vinnytsia, near the 'Lokomotiv' stadium, a conflict occurred between the employees of the Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support and local residents. Conflict in Vinnytsia between TCK and residents
On the evening of August 1, local residents demanded the release of men who were brought to the 'Lokomotiv' stadium for medical examinations and other procedures required by law in connection with mobilization. Participants of the rally claim that during the day, the men were kept on the streets of the city and were brought in for mandatory medical check-ups. Their personal mobile phones were confiscated and they were not allowed to leave the area. Locals held a rally and tried to break into the stadium. TCK representatives explained that the men were brought to the stadium for medical examinations and other procedures required by law as part of mobilization.
