The police of Vinnytsia city initiated a criminal proceeding after a conflict between local residents and TCK employees that took place near the 'Lokomotiv' stadium. Five participants of this scandal have already been detained.
Information about this was provided on August 2 by the spokesperson of the National Police of the Vinnytsia region, Zarina Maievska.

Law enforcement officers have initiated a criminal proceeding regarding the attempted takeover of a state institution. Currently, five men who participated in the protest have been detained; their ages range from 21 to 33 years.
'Some of those present damaged the gates and entered the territory of the institution. In order to push people back and stop the violation of public order, law enforcement officers used special means', - Maievska reported.
Conflict near 'Lokomotiv' - what is known
In the evening of August 1, a conflict occurred between local residents and TCK employees. Local residents surrounded the 'Lokomotiv' stadium, where around 100 military reservists were brought for mobilization activities.
The activists tried to enter the stadium building and demanded the release of the men who were brought to the TCK. The police intervened in the situation.
