Details of the case
The Russians recruited an unemployed Odesitin to correct the attacks on the Ukrainian Marine Infantry troops, the Ukrainian border guards, and TCC. The woman photographed military objects and marked their coordinates on Google Maps in exchange for assistance in leaving for Russia. However, she was uncovered and detained by SBU officers.
During searches, her phone and tablet, which she used to communicate with the enemy, were seized.
What penalty is threatened
The woman was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property under the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason committed under wartime conditions.

A Ukrainian resident of the city of Odessa, who was bribed by Russian intelligence services, was sentenced to a long prison term for aiding the enemy during the war. Her actions reflect pessimistically on national security and citizens' awareness of the threat from Russia.
