Deadline: Ukrainians reminded that they need to urgently pay for gas.

The Naftogaz Group reminds that September 25 is the last day to pay for August gas supply bills. If consumers do not manage to pay on Time, they will be billed for the debt next month.

Despite difficult times, most Ukrainians conscientiously pay for utility services. According to Naftogaz, the level of payment by household consumers for gas exceeds 90%.

Alexei Chernyshov, head of Naftogaz, thanked citizens for timely payment and support of the state's energy security: "I am glad that the level of settlements has increased even during the war and today is approximately 90%. This is an important figure during the war, during those restrictions."

The company also reports that the cost of a cubic meter of gas for the population will remain unchanged until the end of April 2025 - 7 hryvnias 96 kopecks.

Consumers are reminded of the need to submit gas meter readings for September from October 1 to 5. This can be done through the electronic cabinet of the gas distribution network operator, the Gas.UA service, by phone or SMS.

The size of the gas delivery fee for the entire 2025 will depend on these readings. It can be calculated independently in October using the formula: the volume of gas consumed from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 multiplied by the distribution company’s tariff and divided by 12 months.

It should be noted that the tariff for gas delivery during the war does not change, so the change in the amount in the bills will depend only on the volume of consumption.
