Near Kup'yansk, an operation is ongoing: how to evacuate civilians.
According to inkorr.com: Andriy Besedin, the head of the Kup'yansk city military administration, draws attention to the critical situation in the city, which is currently under serious threat. Kup'yansk remains closed to access, as there is a constant danger, and entry to the city is prohibited for civilians, including volunteers and rescuers.
“The only way to leave the city is to walk beyond its borders. There our services - volunteers, rescuers, police - will help you get to safety. You can also contact the military, who are also ready to assist,” the official explained.
Currently, an operation against diversion threats is underway, during which special units are activating actions to repel the enemy. Local residents are in danger, as every moment can be crucial.

In the Khodynhiv district of Kharkiv, four fires occurred, resulting in one person injured, and a store, utility buildings, and other facilities were burned down. Private homes and vehicles were also damaged. These fires were the result of attacks by Russian drones, which led to injuries among civilians.
