Leo Express Announces New International Route
According to Novyny.live: The Czech carrier Leo Express will begin operating a new daily train service from Germany to the Ukrainian border starting June 25, 2026. This route, which traverses Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland, offers tickets from just €10, which are already on sale. This service provides a new, affordable rail link between Western Europe and Ukraine's frontier.
The train will run once daily in each direction, connecting key cities across Central and Eastern Europe. The major stops on the itinerary include:
- Przemyśl
- Kraków
- Ostrava
- Prague
- Dresden
- Leipzig
- Erfurt
- Frankfurt
The scheduled departure from Przemyśl is at 13:31, with arrival at Frankfurt Airport at 07:53 the following morning. The return journey departs Frankfurt at 08:27 and arrives in Przemyśl at 02:23. Currently, only non-reservable tickets are available, but a seat reservation system is planned for the future.
