Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft crashed in Kazakhstan.

On December 25, a catastrophic crash of an Embraer E190AR aircraft of Azerbaijan Airlines occurred near the airport of Aktau city in Kazakhstan. Russian media report this.

According to the obtained data, the aircraft was on a flight from Baku to Grozny but did not receive clearance to land due to dense fog. After an unsuccessful landing attempt in Makhachkala, the crew decided to fly to the Kazakh city of Aktau.

There were 72 people on board the aircraft, including 67 passengers and 5 crew members. According to preliminary data, it is known that at least 12 people survived the crash, but the condition of six of them is very serious.

Kazakh media report that there were 105 passengers and 5 crew members on board the aircraft.

Unofficial information suggests that one of the possible causes of the air crash could have been a collision of the aircraft with birds. However, there is currently no official confirmation of this version.

Information has also spread that the change of the aircraft's course could be related to a threat of drone attacks on Chechnya. According to preliminary data, the airport in Grozny became a target for drones, prompting the announcement of the 'Carpet' plan. However, this data requires official confirmation.

We remind you that the enemy launched a missile strike on Kharkiv, resulting in injuries to people.
