Official swimming spots for the baptism are being set up in Kyiv: Addresses and rules.
According to ТСН: In Kyiv, there are plans to establish safe swimming spots for the baptism celebrated on January 6. Residents are encouraged to avoid bathing in open waters and to adhere to safety measures.
The authorities of Kyiv emphasize in their statement that residents are asked to avoid mass events and bathing in unprepared waters before the baptism feast.
For safe celebrations, specially designated places will be opened within the city area that comply with all sanitary and safety requirements. These places will be open from 08:00 to 17:00 under the supervision of rescue workers, lifeguards, and medical personnel.

Recommendations for safe bathing
Only bathe at official locations and follow the instructions of rescue workers;
In case of an air alarm warning, immediately leave the water and proceed to the nearest shelters;
Do not visit unofficial beaches according to the protocol of the Kyiv Defense Council.
