In Cherkasy, 33 Russian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed during the night of June 9. This was reported by the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration Igor Taburets. The air defense forces worked non-stop to repel the attack.
- As a result of the attack, houses, farms, and vehicles were damaged. Igor Taburets emphasized that there were no casualties among civilians, but the material damage from the debris was considerable. Several structures in the Cherkasy region were affected, and a fire broke out in a 2-hectare forest that had to be put out quickly.
- The actions of the air defense forces managed to destroy 33 Russian unmanned aerial vehicles that appeared in Cherkasy. Unfortunately, the attack caused serious material losses for the local residents, but thanks to the promptness, it was possible to avoid human casualties and stop the fire in the forest.
As a result of the attack, not only was damage inflicted on the property of residents, but also on nature, which was saved from destruction thanks to the effective work of the defenders of Cherkasy.
