Musk replied to Trudeau on his social network, reminding him that he is no longer the governor of Canada, and his opinion doesn't matter.
It is worth noting that Trump has repeatedly called Trudeau the governor of Canada, ignoring his position. He accuses Canada of 'allowing' drugs and people to cross the border into the USA, including illegal immigrants from various countries.
Trump also posted a map on his social network combining the USA and Canada and called them the 'United States.'
Trudeau stated that he plans to resign after choosing a successor. His popularity among voters has significantly decreased due to economic problems. After Trump threatened to impose tariffs on Canadian goods, fears regarding economic stability in Canada increased.
Trump reacted to Trudeau's decision to resign and suggested Canada join the USA.
