Musk criticized the new aid package for Ukraine from the US and made a scandalous statement.
Billionaire Elon Musk condemned the new aid package provided to Ukraine, calling President Zelensky 'the champion of all Time in deceiving the US.' He expressed his dissatisfaction with the aid to Ukraine on the X platform.
Biden sends Ukraine another $2.5 billion - because $175 billion turned out to be insufficient. Meanwhile, Trump is preparing to set priorities for America, promising a quick resolution to this endless wave of spending.
This comment is reacted to by lawyer Clay Thompson, who writes: 'Zelensky has indeed committed one of the greatest financial heists of all time.' Musk agrees with him and calls Zelensky 'the champion of all time.'
Interestingly, Thompson does not hide his collaboration with Russian propaganda, particularly RT, on his account on the X platform.
It should be reminded that President Joe Biden officially announced that the US will provide Ukraine with nearly $2.5 billion in security assistance. The Pentagon has already started delivering hundreds of thousands of artillery shells, thousands of missiles, and hundreds of armored vehicles, which will strengthen Ukraine on the way to winter.
What is included in the new aid package for Ukraine:
- ammunition for counter-drone systems (c-UAS);
- ammunition for air defense;
- ammunition for Himars rocket systems;
- artillery ammunition of 155-mm and 105-mm caliber;
- 'air-to-ground' class ammunition;
- Javelin anti-tank systems and Swedish anti-tank guided missiles AT-4;
- missiles with tube launch, optical guidance, and wire-guided tracking TOW;
- ammunition for crew-served weapons and fragmentation grenades;
- equipment and munitions for demolition;
- communication equipment, training, software, clothing, and personal equipment;
- spare parts;
- support equipment;
- training and transportation.
Additionally, the US is providing Ukraine with an extra $3.4 billion in budget assistance. This is the last package of funds that Congress has allocated for the 2024 fiscal year, signed by the US president in April.
The provision of funds depends on how well Ukraine implements reforms aimed at strengthening the rule of law, improving transparency and efficiency of government institutions, and enhancing anti-corruption measures, stated the US Treasury Department.
By the way, recently the United Kingdom announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth 225 million pounds ($286 million).
