According to UATV: On July 22, 2023, Russian aircraft carried out strikes on the cities of Zaporizhzhia, Lezhyno, and Belenke, resulting in civilian casualties and property damage. In Zaporizhzhia, a Russian drone attack sparked a fire at a civilian industrial site, wounding three people. Ivan Fedorov, a local official, stated:

Later that same day, occupying forces launched an airstrike on Lezhyno, where three individuals were injured and one person was killed. Fedorov confirmed the details:

In Belenke, an airstrike claimed the life of a man and left significant destruction in its wake.

During the night of July 22, Russian forces targeted multiple areas across Ukraine, deploying one Iskander-M ballistic missile and three Kh-59/69 air-launched missiles.
