A second round of trilateral negotiations involving representatives from Ukraine, the United States, and Russia concluded in Geneva on February 18. The meeting, which lasted approximately two hours, addressed critical issues concerning regional peace.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy characterized these discussions as 'difficult,' highlighting the complex challenges facing the Ukrainian side. Commenting on the process, Ihor Terekhov noted:
