The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine explained the reasons for the introduction of electricity restrictions for consumers and clarified the outages. According to the Ministry of Energy, the restrictions on electricity supply are explained by various factors, such as shelling of energy facilities by Russia, accidents in networks due to overloads or technical malfunctions, scheduled repairs, and natural phenomena damaging power lines.
