According to The Sun: A shocking incident occurred in Brazil: armed police detained a stepfather accused of holding his stepdaughter in sexual slavery for 22 years.

A 29-year-old woman managed to escape from this horrific 'hell' where she spent most of her life.

The woman, whose name is not disclosed, managed to contact the police in Araucária, Paraná state, on September 16. She told her stepfather that they needed to take their three children to the hospital.

However, instead, she went straight to the police station to recount her horrific childhood.

Police chief Eduardo Krüger confirmed that the woman had been abused since she was seven years old.

According to Krüger, she became pregnant at 15 from her stepfather after his divorce from her mother. The woman bore three children from him and was forced to have sexual relations with other men.

These horrific testimonies were recorded on video and later verified by the police.

“He made me pretend that I wanted it, but the men knew I was under pressure. I lost count. There were more than 30 such cases,” she told law enforcement.

The stepfather monitored her movements through surveillance cameras installed in the house and rarely allowed her to leave the house, police report.

The woman added: “I was scared, very scared, and still am. He told me many things, threatened me that if I wasn’t with him, I wouldn’t be with anyone else.”

During her testimony, the stepfather allegedly called her more than 30 times and sent over 15 voice messages threatening her.

“Go home, or you will have serious problems with me,” the suspect said.

When the police burst into the house, they seized the cameras and found videos of the abuse on the stepfather's mobile phone, after which he was arrested.

He is currently in custody pending investigation for several crimes, including rape, deprivation of liberty, threats, and psychological violence.

If found guilty, he could face a sentence exceeding 100 years in prison. The victim and her children have been placed in a safe location while protective measures are ongoing.

The woman's father has already been dubbed 'Brazilian Fritzl,' comparing him to the infamous Josef Fritzl, who was sentenced to prison for holding children in his basement and raping his own daughter for 24 years.
