The Ministry of Health wants to change the drug registration procedure purchased with state budget funds.

The Ministry of Health proposed to establish the procedure for the registration of medicines, which are funded by the state budget and purchased by a specially authorized enterprise.

According to the draft law, the specially authorized purchasing enterprise will submit documents to the Ministry of Health for the registration of drugs not registered in Ukraine, which are planned to be purchased with budget funds, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

At the same time, drugs that at the time of purchase were registered in countries with a strict regulatory system after conducting tenders and determining the winner are subject to registration.
