Gladkov noted that this measure is experimental and cannot be long-term. Snow in winter may block the net and lead to its rupture. After evaluating the results, further decisions will be made. It is also worth mentioning that a multi-storey building in Shebekino is on fire due to shelling, and a fire occurred in the village of Rakitne as a result of an explosion of rocket munitions. There were also powerful explosions in Kursk that could be heard not only in the city but also in Kurchatov.
