In Kherson region, Russians killed a one-year-old boy in front of his grandmother.
Russian occupiers launched an attack on the Kherson region, resulting in the tragic death of a one-year-old boy. This horrifying event was confirmed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military-Civil Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, who shared the details on Wednesday, July 9, on Telegram.
According to the head of the OVA, in the village of Pravdine in the Bilozerka community, Russian occupiers carried out a drone strike on a one-year-old boy and an elderly woman who were in the yard of a house. Unfortunately, the child died on the spot from the injuries sustained.
In addition, medical assistance was provided to a 64-year-old local resident who was injured during the attack, but she refused hospitalization.
'Russian terrorists have taken another child’s life in the Kherson region. I express my heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of the innocent child', Prokudin wrote.
It is worth noting that last week, Russian forces shelled a medical facility in Kherson, and earlier also struck the regional administration building. Such attacks highlight the ruthlessness and aggression of the Russian military machine in the occupied region, leading to tragic consequences for the civilian population.
