A fire broke out in a sanatorium in Prykarpattia: over a hundred people evacuated.
Fire at the Vorokhta Sanatorium
A fire occurred in the sanatorium located in the village of Vorokhta in the Nadvirna district of Ivano-Frankivsk region. This was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in the region. At 08:01, a report was received about a fire on the roof of the four-story sanatorium building with an area of about 150 sq. m.
Rescue workers managed to evacuate 102 people, including 10 children and seven staff members of the sanatorium. All evacuees were accommodated in a neighboring building. At 09:28, the fire was localized and the flames were prevented from spreading to the sanatorium building, and at 09:43 it was completely extinguished. There is currently no information on the causes of the fire.
Incident with fire in Kyiv
Recently, there was also a fire incident in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, where the roof of the National Bank of Ukraine building caught fire due to a drone crash.
Attacks by occupiers in Zaporizhzhia region
In addition, criminal attacks by the occupiers affected the Zaporizhzhia region on the evening of December 31. As a result of the attack, several private houses sustained damages due to the fire.
