Explosions near the Belarusian border in Rivne region: OVA reported details.
Several explosions occurred in the border strip in the north of the Rivne region, resulting in a civilian being injured. This was reported by the head of the Rivne OVA, Oleksandr Koval.
According to him, the relevant services are working at the scene. "According to preliminary information, a civilian who was moving towards the border ignoring the warning signs 'Danger Mines' was injured. Fortunately, their life is not in danger," he said.
Koval emphasized that regime restrictions are in place at the border, and the presence of civilians there is prohibited. "Being in the border strip is dangerous, as the border is constantly being strengthened, including mining. One can be there only after obtaining the appropriate permission from the border service," added the head of the OVA.
Let us remind you that in 2022, Ukraine became the second country after Syria in terms of the number of victims from anti-personnel mines.
By the way, on July 7, a car exploded on a Russian mine in the Kharkiv region. There could have been six people in the car.
