A plane fell and exploded on the highway in Italy - there are casualties.
On July 22, a plane crash occurred in central Italy when a light aircraft fell onto a highway near moving cars and caught fire. As a result of this event, two people died.
This was reported by Brescia Today.
According to information, the accident happened around noon in the province of Brescia. The plane was flying from Gragnano-Trebbiense and suddenly fell onto the road, causing it to catch fire.
At the time of the plane's fall, two cars were traveling on the highway, which, fortunately, managed to pass through the fire zone almost without damage. The drivers and passengers of the cars were unharmed.
It is noted that on board the plane was a 75-year-old lawyer from Milan, Sergio Ravaglia, and his 60-year-old companion, Anna Maria De Stefano. Both died as a result of the aviation accident.
Currently, the cause of this tragedy remains unknown. Rescue efforts lasted several hours.
