Problems with electricity in Sumy region.
On November 1, an emergency power outage occurred in the Sumy region. The regional military administration reports that work is already underway to restore power supply.
The administration notes that this is an emergency power outage. Currently, emergency rescue services are working on restoring power supply. The situation is under control.
Residents of the region are asked to remain calm. Authorities state that they are doing everything necessary to restore power supply as quickly as possible.
Recall that on the evening of November 1, Russia attacked an apartment building in Sumy with a drone, resulting in five people being injured.
Russia also struck Kharkiv with a ballistic missile, damaging dozens of residential buildings. Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, reported that a rapid response group is already inspecting homes for urgent repairs.
There was also a targeted strike on a police deployment location in central Kharkiv. One law enforcement officer was killed, and 26 police officers were injured.
