In memory of the operation against 'Hezbollah'. Netanyahu made a gift to Trump.
Netanyahu's favorite operation and gifts from Trump
U.S. President Donald Trump received a golden and a regular pager from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which symbolize the secret operation to eliminate the terrorist group 'Hezbollah'. This was reported by Times of Israel.
“It was a great operation,” Trump replied to the gift.
For his part, Trump gave Netanyahu a gift in the form of a photograph from the visit with the caption 'Bibi, great leader'.
It is worth recalling that thousands of people were injured as a result of the explosion of the pagers in Lebanon. The devices that were detonated recently fell into the hands of 'Hezbollah' militants. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing a representative of 'Hezbollah' who wished to remain anonymous.
According to Al Jazeera, the exploded pagers contained 20 grams of explosives. Ukrainian security services are investigating how these explosive devices were activated.
“The communication devices that exploded had been detonated long before this,” the material states. According to an Al Jazeera source, these devices were moved to Lebanon five months ago.
It became known that Israel carried out an attack on 'Hezbollah' in Lebanon by substituting the batteries of the pagers that belonged to members of this Shiite group. This was reported by CNN, citing two high-ranking representatives of Lebanon's security service. According to one of them, the method was so sophisticated that the explosive devices could not be detected.
