Contents of the conversation between Trump and Zelensky
There is information that Trump plans to discuss a possible ceasefire plan in Ukraine at the meeting, which would involve territorial concessions from Kyiv.
The leaders of Europe emphasized that they will continue to support sanctions and pressure on Russia until the violence ends.
After his meeting with Putin, Trump promised a possible trilateral meeting with Zelensky and Putin, and also informed the Ukrainian president that Putin is not showing readiness for a ceasefire. In turn, Zelensky noted his desire to meet with Trump in Washington.
