The BRICS summit participants also discussed the presence of North Korean military in Russia. Putin was confronted by a journalist who asked him a question about satellite images showing the presence of North Korean military on Russian territory.
Before this, Putin stated that he would not go to the G20 summit in Brazil, as he could be arrested by the warrant of the International Criminal Court.
