NBC News: Western intelligence agencies assessed whether Putin is ready for the real world.

According to intelligence reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to gain control over all of Ukraine's territory. This is reported by NBC News, citing sources in U.S. intelligence and Congress.
One of the Congress representatives stated: 'We have no information that Putin is interested in a peace deal at the moment.'
Regardless of the fact that Putin's representatives are negotiating with the U.S. in Saudi Arabia, intelligence asserts that the Russian leader still believes in the possibility of exhausting Ukraine and Europe.
One Western intelligence officer noted that Putin sees himself as a winner, and Russian losses on the battlefield do not deter him from continuing military actions.
According to intelligence, he may agree to a ceasefire and a broader peace deal to give his troops Time to recover and restructure. However, American and Western officials view this skeptically and do not believe he will truly compromise.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an exclusive interview with NBC News, stated that he will never accept decisions between the U.S. and Russia regarding Ukraine, as this is a war in Ukraine against Ukrainians.
It is noteworthy that France is convening a second meeting on Ukraine's security with an expanded group of participants.
