Not NATO: Ambassador explained what Ukraine is ready for to end the war.

Ukraine will demand security guarantees if it cannot join NATO
Ukraine's representative to the UN Andrii Melnyk spoke about Ukraine's demands for security guarantees, should the country be unable to become a NATO member in the near future. He expressed his thoughts in an interview with the German publication 'Berliner Morgenpost'.
Melnyk noted that NATO membership remains a priority for Ukraine, but international security guarantees must not only be political promises similar to the Budapest Memorandum. Partner countries need to make specific commitments regarding military assistance to Ukraine in the event of Russian aggression.
Regarding possible security guarantees, Melnyk emphasized the need for bilateral or multilateral agreements. He noted that such guarantees could also be part of a peace treaty with Russia.
