The Netherlands joins the French initiative on long-range missiles
The Dutch Minister of Defense, Ruben Brekelmans, announced that his country will join France's initiative for the development of long-range missiles. The main goal of this initiative is to ensure the protection of European countries from possible Russian aggression.
'To deter Russian aggression, European countries need long-range missiles. In Paris, I announced that the Netherlands also wants to join the French initiative on the development of long-range missiles (ELSA),' the minister said.
Among other partners joining this initiative are Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Sweden. Together, they will work on creating a more effective defense for Europe against potential threats.
