Housing prices in Ukraine: which regions have become more expensive and which have become cheaper?
The Ukrainian housing market shows uneven price dynamics since early 2024. Particularly notable changes have affected the segment of one-bedroom apartments.
According to the OLX platform, the largest price increase occurred in the Western regions. The biggest growth was recorded in Uzhgorod, Lutsk, and Rivne.
In Eastern cities, unlike the West, a decrease in housing prices is observed. In Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia, secondary market prices decreased by almost 10%. In Kharkiv, a decrease in secondary market prices is also recorded.
In the Kyiv region, primary market prices decreased by 5%, while secondary market prices increased by 4%.
Odesa and Kropyvnytskyi kept prices at the level of the beginning of the year, but in most regional centers there was a slight increase in prices.
The leaders in the cost of one-bedroom apartments remain Kyiv, Lviv, Uzhgorod, Chernivtsi, Dnipro, and Rivne. In these cities, housing prices range from 1.3 to 2.7 million UAH.
In Chernihiv, Kherson, Sumy, Uzhgorod, Kropyvnytskyi, and Ivano-Frankivsk, there is the most significant increase in housing offers.
