According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian logistics leader Nova Poshta has introduced a new 'Free Hands' service, enabling travelers to send their luggage directly from their hotel to their home or another convenient location. This innovation is designed for tourists who wish to travel lighter and avoid the hassle of carrying heavy bags.

Service Details

The 'Free Hands' service is currently available in approximately 40 hotels across several Ukrainian regions, including:

• Ivano-Frankivsk
• Zakarpattia
• Kyiv
• Odesa
• Dnipropetrovsk
• Rivne
• Volyn
• Zhytomyr
• Khmelnytskyi
• Chernivtsi

The service costs 399 UAH per item listed on the express waybill. Each item must not exceed 32 kg in weight, with a maximum of 5 items allowed per waybill.

To use the service, customers simply scan a QR code, take a tag, and attach it to their suitcase. The tariff includes delivery, packaging, and a declared value commission for items worth up to 5,000 UAH. For declared values exceeding this amount, the commission is 0.5% of the total value.
