It is noted that citizens who have paid for services and submitted applications by December 31, 2025, will receive documents at old prices. If payment was made by the end of the year but the application has not yet been submitted, an additional payment will need to be made according to the new tariffs at the time of the inquiry.

As reported, Ukrainians in the United Kingdom have been facilitated in obtaining passports. The passport service "Document" started operating in London on December 30. Among the currently available services - issuing or exchanging ID cards, transitioning from an old passport (booklet 1994) to an ID, ordering the delivery of documents that were processed in other countries.

These changes in tariffs may affect many Ukrainians, as the new prices for a significant portion of documents will come into effect in the new year. Those who plan to change their passports or permits should take these news into account to avoid overpaying for expedited processing. The mentioned innovations also demonstrate changes in the document circulation system, which continue to affect citizens in Ukraine and beyond.
