Civilian Casualties Mount in Ukraine
According to Espreso.tv: Fresh artillery and drone strikes across Ukraine have resulted in the death of a child and numerous civilian injuries. On June 19, an 8-year-old girl was killed in Pavlohrad. In the same city, a 49-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries. The assault also sparked fires in two private homes, completely destroying one residence.
Around 7:30 AM on June 19, a drone struck a minibus in Kherson's Korabelny district, wounding four people. Overnight on June 19, cruise missiles hit Kharkiv's Kholodnohirsky district, leaving five people injured, including three children. In the Zaporizhzhia region, four more individuals were wounded in separate hostile attacks.
Security Situation Deteriorates Sharply
Over the past 24 hours, occupying forces have launched 950 strikes against 53 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. According to Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR), Russian forces have received orders to intensify terror operations in Zaporizhzhia. These events highlight the alarming security landscape in Ukraine and the severe toll on civilians.
The rising intensity of shelling across Ukraine signals an escalation of the conflict and a deepening humanitarian crisis. Military actions causing civilian casualties are drawing international concern and demand urgent responses from authorities.
