Odessa is flooded: rescuers are evacuating people and equipment.
According to inkorr.com: The head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, reported that as of 21:20 the situation in Odessa remains complicated due to heavy rains and flooding. A total of 45 units of equipment and over 320 people, including emergency service rescuers, are engaged in pumping water and cleaning storm drains, reports

Not only the streets but also residential buildings have been flooded. Local residents are sharing videos showing how water is reaching the windowsills. Parking lots and even a supermarket have also been submerged.
Rescue operations in the Odesa region
Rescue efforts are ongoing in the Odesa region, with over 500 municipal workers, energy brigades, and emergency service rescuers involved. According to the latest information, rescuers have rescued 231 people and evacuated 46 units of equipment, including three ambulances.
Repair work continues, and overnight crews will continue to eliminate the aftermath of the bad weather. New rainfall is expected in the region, so services will operate in enhanced mode until the situation is fully restored.
After heavy rains in Odessa and the region, a state of emergency was declared. Water has flooded the streets, homes, and even a supermarket, leading to large-scale rescue operations and evacuation of people.
