The Office of the President explained why the operation in the Kursk region was very important for Ukraine.
Russia will not cope with Ukrainian resistance in Kursk
Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak stated that the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region indicates that Russia cannot cope with the Ukrainian resistance. He also supported the commanders' decision regarding Kursk, claiming that it weakened Putin's positions and destroyed the Russian narrative. Yermak has no doubts that war is the only solution. He stated this in an interview with Corriere Della Sera.
In their randomness, the US does not know the reason for the arrival of the DPRK troops to Kursk. According to intelligence, North Korea will soon send a second group of troops to Russia. President Volodymyr Zelensky also stated that Russia will deploy the first DPRK troops in combat zones on October 27-28. According to South Korea's national intelligence service, North Korea has already sent about 3,000 troops to support Russian occupiers in the war against Ukraine. It is known that North Korea's military reserves allow it to conduct combat operations for up to three months. DPRK factories have reached full capacity to supply the Russian army with weapons.
