On Wednesday, July 23, Russian troops shelled the Kharkiv region. Three people were injured due to enemy strikes in Kupiansk district.
Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Officereported on the shelling of settlements in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region.
Kupiansk district shelling
Russian armed forces shelled settlements in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. Enemy troops opened fire on the village of Petro-Ivanivka, resulting in injuries to a 61-year-old local resident.
At 15:00, the city of Kupiansk was shelled. Two elderly people were injured - a 75-year-old woman and a 79-year-old man. Destruction in several residential houses has also been recorded.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region, pre-investigation checks have been initiated regarding violations of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to reports, on July 23, occupiers struck again at Bilozersk, which is in Kherson region.
Additionally, earlier information about the situation with the shelling of Mykolaiv became known.
During the next shelling of settlements in Kupiansk district, three civilians were injured, and damage was caused to residential buildings. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office has begun an investigation into these events to identify the violators of the law.Read also
