Occupied Crimea: Russians stole Ukrainian equipment from Kherson region and launched a channel.
Propaganda Studio in Crimea
A propaganda radio and television company studio 'Tavria' has appeared in temporarily occupied Crimea, which uses stolen equipment. This studio was established by Russians to disseminate pro-Russian narratives in the temporarily occupied territory. The stolen equipment was transported from Kherson region in 2022 and is now used in the studio in Simferopol.
According to the National Resistance Center, the studio is located near a hotel where the head of the occupation authorities of Crimea, Volodymyr Saldo, often appears on the 'channel'. The relocation of the studio occurred due to a 'staff shortage' in Kherson, where there were not enough people to perform tasks set by the Kremlin, so the Russians decided to move the studio to Crimea.
Russia continues the illegal seizure of property from Ukrainians in Crimea, confiscating various enterprises and real estate as both state and private ownership. It has also been reported that the individual entrepreneur Nina Tsaryova receives support from Russia and its president Vladimir Putin.
