In the last 6 months, the rental of apartments in Kyiv has significantly increased. The price has risen by almost 9,000 UAH or 55.53%, from an average of 16,000 to 24,885 UAH (taking into account the cost of all apartments on the market, without calculating the number of rooms).

According to M2bomber, over the past month, the rental of housing in the capital has increased almost imperceptibly - by almost 200 UAH or 0.65%, reports OBOZ.UA.

Over the year, the price increased by more than 7,000 UAH or 39.08%.

Overall, according to analysts, the rental of apartments in different areas of the capital costs from 12,500 to 35,000 UAH. That is, the difference between the most expensive and the cheapest is 22,500 UAH - the price for a whole apartment in one of the expensive districts.

The lowest prices are recorded in the Desnianskyi district - an average of 12,500 UAH. Also:

Sviatoshynskyi - 14,000 UAH; Obolonskyi - 17,000 UAH; Darnytskyi - 17,750 UAH.

The most expensive apartment can be rented in the Shevchenkivskyi district - an average of 35,000 UAH. Also:

Pecherskyi - 28,450 UAH; Podilskyi - 28,000 UAH; Dniprovskyi - 25,250 UAH; Holosiivskyi - 25,000 UAH; Solomianskyi - 23,000 UAH.

Overall, according to analysts, the most common prices for 1-room apartments in Kyiv are 15,200 UAH (13.9% of advertisements).

Also often found are such prices: 20,000 UAH (10.1%), 16,800 UAH (8.9%).

2-room apartments in Kyiv are most often rented for a price of 20,400 UAH. Such advertisements make up 8.5%. Also popular prices: 28,800 UAH (7.5%), 15,600 UAH, 18,000 UAH (6.6%).

3-room apartments in the capital are most often rented for 20,800 UAH. Such advertisements make up 12.7%.
