Vegetable prices have risen again: how prices for potatoes, cabbage, and onions changed at the end of December.
In December, prices for potatoes, cabbage, and onions in Ukrainian supermarkets increased. According to the Minfin portal, compared to November, the prices for these vegetables changed significantly.
Regular potatoes rose by 3.03 UAH and now cost 34.70 UAH/kg, while young potatoes increased by 4.50 UAH and cost 44.40 UAH/kg. The price of pink potatoes decreased by 2.07 UAH to 33.10 UAH/kg.
According to Minfin data, 'Regular potatoes rose by 3.03 UAH to 34.70 UAH/kg, young potatoes showed a more significant increase – by 4.50 UAH to 44.40 UAH/kg.'
The price for young cabbage increased by 2.49 UAH and is 68.27 UAH/kg, while the price for white cabbage rose by 12.36 UAH and costs 43.77 UAH/kg.

Onion prices remained almost unchanged: the price of regular onions decreased by 0.09 UAH and is 17.66 UAH/kg, but the price of blue onions increased by 2.37 UAH and is 31.90 UAH/kg.
According to Minfin data, 'Onions decreased by 0.09 UAH to 17.66 UAH/kg, while blue onions increased by 2.37 UAH to 31.90 UAH/kg.'
Customers are advised to pay attention to the price differences between stores.
