Icy conditions and frost: Hydrometeorological Center urged residents of the capital to be cautious.

The weather in Kyiv is becoming dangerous, forecasters have reported. Cloudy weather with light snow is expected at night, with no precipitation during the day. Icy conditions are possible on the roads. The wind will be north-west at a speed of 7-12 m/s.

The air temperature will fluctuate from 4 degrees of frost to 1 degree of warmth. In Kyiv itself, temperatures are expected to be between 1-3 degrees of frost.

Forecasters also warn of possible transportation difficulties due to weather conditions.

'Warning about dangerous meteorological phenomena in Kyiv and the region. On December 12, icy conditions are expected on the roads. The level of danger is yellow. Weather conditions may lead to complications in vehicle movement on certain sections of roads and streets,' the Hydrometeorological Center noted.
