Director of the 'Center for European Resilience' in Berlin, Serhiy Sumlynny, believes that attempts are being made to honor Putin. The ability of Ukraine to carry out operations to neutralize high-ranking officers even in the very center of Moscow 'only strengthens his paranoia and distrust of his own people,' Berlin said.
